Firefly strictly follows the terms and conditions below for return and exchange:

We accept exchange requests within 24 hours of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Exchange fees are Tk 100 inside Dhaka and Tk 200 outside Dhaka. Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery, before the delivery charge is paid. Once a delivery is accepted, we offer exchanges only and not refunds. Custom printed items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery via Facebook or Instagram. We will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover all shipping costs for such cases.

Accessories and discounted items cannot be exchanged or returned.
